So, the current situation is from top to down: Turkey, two up this turn to 11 centers. Germany, one up to 9 centers, France is one down to 7, Austria-Hungary is two down to 4, England stays in 2 and Russia stays in 1.
Next deadline, for Winter 1906 builds, is 24.4.2001 15:00 GMT. I've done the Austrian retreat on the map already because there was only one option and it doesn't affect the builds (Austria cannot disband it and build it elsewhere).
