MOSCOW (Russian News Service): The Tsar has been found dead of a heart attack. While we mourn his passing, the Russians must move on as a people. Therefore, there has been a Parliament established. Its first order of business was to name David Mikhailovich Petrov the new President of the Russian Federation. In his first act as President, he called on the Russian people to stand strong and to unite behind the new banner of the Federation. He is meeting today with the advisors of the old Tsar and preparing to meet with ambassadors of the other lands of Europe and Asia. There are rumors that he will meet with an ambassador from the United States of America on Thursday to get advice on how to set up an effective transfer of power.
