Harad is practically extinct as Gondor's armies crush their last unit. If, for some reason, Gondor leaves Pin during the next turn and noone else invades it, Harad will make a comeback but I think it's quite unlikely (though I've seen it happen). Dwarves return home as they capture Moria. If they hold it after the next turn, it shall be named Khazad-Dûm again.
