to Russia: I hope you managed to get into Black Sea or Armenia, and that you supported Bulgaria, and that Turkey didn't get in there, and that Galicia is still open. My moves should say everything about my intentions - you are my preferred ally and I think we can go far together. As for our split of Turkey, I would actually prefer you getting all the Turkish centers, with you ceding Rumania to me when you have occupied two of his home centers. This gives you one more center than just picking Ankara, and a more safe border between us, so I hope you are receptive to the thought. For the fall, if you got into the Black Sea, I'd suggest for you to support A Sevastopol to Armenia. If you got into Armenia, then have your fleet move to Ankara or Black Sea or support Con to Ank - and have your army walk to Armenia to follow in case your fleet gets anywhere. I might toss in A Bul - Con, but would like for you to support Bul to hold as that is what I most likely will do. If I'm dislodged from Bulgaria in spring, I assume I can clear this in summer press, but in any case - I'd retreat to Ser and move Ser-Bul in fall, needing your Rum support for the move and to have your fleet cut his potential Black Sea support. Should be workable?
