Both Russian armies are forced to retreat. Looks like the Russian empire is pretty close to it's end. Who's next?
Deadline for the retreats and press is 14.4.2002, 12:00 GMT.

Russian A Moscow can retreat to Livonia.
Russian A Warsaw can retreat to Silesia, Livonia or Ukraine.
to Turkey: I don't know if there's anything more to say - I think all
we need now is to secure Moscow and Warsaw and Tunis - which shouldn't
be all that hard. Seeing as you share no border with anyone else than me
when the line is set up, I hope you understand any reluctance on my side
to give you further centers. You can easily hold me back even if I'd
attack you, and I'd need the units to hold the line anyway (you can see
I have a significant lack of units to hold the stalemate line at this
point). Too bad we couldn't get you into Tunis, that way you could have
held the Med and freed up more of my units to hold the land line. But
anyway, I hope we're still in this together, that you have supported me
to Moscow and that we're all set for the FATE draw.
I'm going to need your support to hold in Moscow if I got in, or your support
to advance to Moscow if I didn't get in. Thanks in advance.
to the Color analyst/England: I know it's funny to try to get Turkey to
stab me, but I think Turkey is smart enough to watch the board and see
nothing is coming his way. However, congratulations on your solo if you
succeed. I guess it's only too bad for you that Turkey is playing
Turkey.... rather than Russia playing Turkey - you would have had a
chance.
to France: I hope you don't feel threatened by my fleet in the Tyrrhenian
Sea, I obviously need it for defense of Tunis. England, on the other hand,
has three units next to your supply centers. Not only this, but also all
your centers are on the other side of a stalemate line from my side, whereas
no such line exists to hold back England. Please, watch your back. I won't
provide any distraction, in fact I'll right now unilaterally declare the
DMZ of North Africa, Western Mediterranean and Gulf of Lyon. Please realize
that if Germany helps England, Belgium is already lost and you are prone
to fall to the Englishman.
to Germany: I hope you're not in Tyrolia or Bohemia, but I suppose there isn't
a whole lot I can do about it, huh :-)
England to...
Germany;
Why would you speak to me like that?
How soon they forget. Would you still even be here if not for Englands early
support of Germany when the Russian hordes were at the Berlin gates? So now
your allying with Austria? Think again. Remember what happened to Russia
when he allied with Austria.
Turkey;
Are you TRULY worried about an England solo???
I'll make a bargain you can't refuse...if you attack Austria(doesn't have to
be a big stab, two SC's tops, and you don't even have to follow through with
more) I won't take another SC for two game years!
Heh, take an SC or two from him and see what happens with that Adriatic
Fleet.
All;
Draw my @$$. How bout this for a draw solution: EFGT.
Having just gotten back on my pagan feet, I
just want to see where things are heading.
Hitting Austria, while appealing, is out since
his help assured my survival.
But I will not rule anything out at this point.
England, I need to see you move out before
I move myself. Same pretty much goes for France
as well. I re-read my press from last season as well
as the others and decided this was the best way to
play it right now. I may have 3, but I am covered
pretty well.
I will read the press that comes out with this season
and try and take my direction from those words
coupled with the actions of the rest of you.
ANYone entering, or caught trying to enter, German
territory shall become public enemy number 1 and I
would then ask my neighbors for help in eliminating
whoever it is.
