to England: Hope you moved to Naples - wondering whether Turkey supported himself to hold. If he did, then I could cut his support for fall so that you do indeed get in. Of course with Turkey out of Black Sea no need to support Bulgaria - can't see him putting two on Bulgaria in any way so things should work out there. I'd appreciate your support to defend myself if the German starts sending further armies south.

Temptation notwithstanding I decided to go Budapest...I don't see this as a stab because your only concern was that I let you know where my next targets come from...you will easily pick up centers from Turkey to cover.
In fact, your dream of conquering Turkey has come to pass - probably by the end of this year, so, the only reason I see for you to even hold onto your home centers is if you now have dreams of bouncing back...so I'm holding you to your word. Your original statements were somewhere along the lines of "All I want is to outlast Turkey, I will give you my centers and help you win..."
So I'm going to help you keep your promise.
In fact, I was a bit worried when Germany asked pretty much the same thing..."to see France eliminated before the game ends..." I didn't think I could pull off BOTH those requests before hitting 18 centers but as long as you guys don't give me any grief I think its a done deal. Best Dip game I ever played, a bit heavy on the suicide attempts but every game has its defining character.
Germany;
OK Germany, this is it. As I said in the communication to Austria you now have a choice.
If you attack me you may have to give up seeing France vanquished...continue to help and I guarantee you'll see France eliminated before this game ends. Unfortunately, Frances demise will mostly come from my forces unless you finally moved into Burgundy. Any other coordination you wish discussed?
To England:
All is well. I figured you would figure I'd try
something last time, so I didn't want to disappoint
you. So, off we go. I want France. I supported
myself to BUR so as to be sure we would not bounce.
Hopefully we are in a position where I can support
myself in, if not then hopefully you are in GAS and
can supoprt me in.
Oh, watch Austria. He may be rolling over, but if he
keeps rolling like this he may be able to turn on you
and have Turkey eliminated. After all, he is
"covering" Rome for you, *right*? He covers SER with
ALB, supports you into NAP, BUL sup AEG to CON,
ARM SMY and in the fall ANK falls as well.
He builds 3, Turkey is eliminated and he is at 11.
The question then becomes can he stop you from gaining
those critical final dots?
Unless you stab me (don't), you will likely have no
builds this season. One if I'm wrong about Austria.

want me to make offers, forget it; you already rejected me, i won't waste

as for france not communicate, he did communicate. you chose to work with
germany instead. i don't blame him in the slightest for ignoring you.
so i'm proposing a germany-austria draw. you obviously have no desire to
win this game -- or else you'd already have 18. you obviously want them to
do well. so let them win, and end it. or win it yourself, and end it.
