France takes back Marseilles and it looks they will keep it this time. Germany forces Russia to retreat from Prussia.
So, the vote passed, but not unanimously. I'm going to issue some sort of compromise system. There will be no deadlines and especially no NMR's, but I will keep a closer eye on this game - effectively it's a three-day deadline with a grace period of day or two. I will send abusive e-mail to people who are late and if they still keep being late, will find a more dedicated replacement. Let's hope this game regains some of it's speed.
