Germany hereby invites the leaders of France and England to consider our
peace proposal. Belgium is already ceded to the French sphere of influence,
provided the French have vacated Ruhr for us. England is asked to keep the
North Sea clear of fleets, and we confirm our respect for the islands belonging
to England. Germany would also look favorably on an English claim to St.
Petersburg, a claim we Germans would be willing to assist.
It is pointed out to Italy that Germany seeks nothing but a peaceful resolution
to our ongoing conflict, and that we would appreciate Italy leaving Munich
alone.
Germany hereby formally declares war on Balkans, a declaration that will last
until the Balkan forces leaves the German soil, either voluntarily or by the
force of our armies.
Balkan A Berlin can retreat to Prussia or Silesia.
Balkan A Rumania can retreat to Transylvania, Ukraina, Sevastopol or
Bulgaria.
