Scandinavia occupies Holland, Iceland and Edinburgh. So, England will lose three units while Scandinavia gets three new units. If that helps against the Austria-Hungary-Balkans combinat, I don't know, but the situation looks bad. Russia loses two, Galicia and Sevastopol.
There's been some confusion regarding the Atlantic Oceans (mostly due to my mistake). If it matters anymore, I'd like to make clear that the lower part is WAO (bordering HAO, MAO and Mor), the higher part is HAO (bordering NWG, Ice, NAO, MAO, WAO). The English fleet has been in WAO all the time even though I've mixed the areas and the results have said HAO.
