Russia gets treated quite badly this turn. Germany tries to grab Warsaw but fails, but Turkey takes both Rumania and Sevastopol. Bad luck. France moves further south, taking their fleets to Western Mediterranean. England moves it's army to the continent taking Belgium, Germany occupies Sweden without any objections from Russia.
Most neutrals are taken, with the exception of Denmark and Bulgaria, both of which are usually always taken. Austria-Hungary goes up to five, like do England, France, Germany and Turkey. Italy gets only Tunis and thus goes up to four while Russia falls to three centers.
