Here are the results. Well, Paris goes to Vienna as expected, but it seems that it was expected: A Berlin goes to Paris and thus A Vienna can retreat to Berlin. So, pretty much nothing happens.
I've expected Rome to reatreat to Berlin. If you wish to hand over the game to Vienna, who am I to stop you. In that case, Vienna gets a build. In any case, everybody, send me a note so I know how long I need to wait as we're having the Winter press phase whatever happens.
