There were no conflicts in the Spring, but now there's conflicts galore. Every German order bounces, for example. Turkey tries to do the clever Armenia-Black Sea-Rumania manoeuvre, which I like very much. However, I've never bounced with Austria-Hungary while doing it... Italy gets a nice start, taking Tunis and stabbing Austria for Trieste. Poor Russia, however, is left without any builds at all. This proves, to some extent, one thing: Turkey can safely let Russia occupy Black Sea in 1901, but Russia probably shouldn't let Turkey there. Results of Turkish occupation of Black Sea in 1901 are usually catastrophic to Russia. Not so much the other way around, I think.
