In South China Sea French and English fleets give the Japanese a rough ride, forcing the lone fleet out. Japan, however, blocks both North and South Pacific Ocean, preventing the English and French reinforcements from arriving. China gets some room by conquering Omsk and Canton. However, Russia takes Manchuria but Japan pays that back by taking Vladivostok. In Europe, Germany loses two centers to England and France but gains one from Russia. Austria-Hungary is getting kicked out of Europe by Italy and Turkey who both grab one center.
England and France grow to eleven, Italy is near at ten. Next is Turkey which grows to eight. Japan grows to seven, Russia falls to seven. China grows to six where India stays, Germany to three and Austria-Hungary to two.
