David made a little mistake with his orders, but since they were the last ones I were missing it didn't matter much. But watch out where you send the orders!
Japanese blockade breaks in the Pacific as French fleets manage to break through to South Pacific. I'm afraid more fleets will follow. French do face losses, as India attacks and conquers Thailand. Russia faces heavy losses as Turkey captures both Rumania and Sevastopol. This takes Turkey to the top club of the two-digit supply center counts.
So... England takes the lead with twelve centers (one gained), France stays in and Italy goes up to eleven, Turkey jumps to ten, Japan grows to eight, China grows to seven, India stays in six, Russia crashes down to three, Germany falls to and Austria-Hungary stays in two.
Next deadline, for Winter 1904 adjustments, is 10.4.2001 15:00 GMT. Please, surprise me and be in time.
The map shows the Russian retreat done; I did it because it makes the map clearer and doesn't matter much. If Russia wants to retreat OTB, feel free to announce it on the dip775@nic.fi mailing list.
