Even though this is in principle a no-NMR game, I NMR'd India this turn. My patience is running out and I'd rather keep this game going instead of waiting for such a minor power. It's different with the major powers - lack of England's orders, for example, has much larger impact on the game. I'll avoid those with more fervor.
